Step 1 Get a Quote

During this stage, we focus on understanding your project goals and finding the best way to achieve them within a budget that works for you. The first step is easy: just reach out to us! Share your marketing goals and links to your company website, social media, and any reference videos you have. We'll review the details and send you an estimate within one business day. If we need more info, we'll schedule a discovery call to learn more about your project. Step 2 Concept Development

Once we’ve locked down a budget, the next step is to refine and focus the concept. We’ll research your competitors’ content, gather reference videos, develop a treatment, and pitch the idea to you and your team. If you’re not satisfied with our first idea, no problem. We’ll keep working until we get it right.

Step 3 Pre-Production

After we’ve arrived at an idea, we can begin pre-production. Depending on the nature of your project, pre-production may include some or all of the following pre-production services:

  • We turn the idea into a script that encapsulates your message and brand. We strive for screenwriting that is clear, engaging, and effective.

  • Storyboards consist of detailed sketches of every frame of your video. This allows all stakeholders to visualize the shots before they are locked down during production. Mood Boards consist of images - usually existing photographs, frame grabs, or artwork - that capture the visual aesthetic of your video. This provides a helpful reference for wardrobe, set design, cinematography, etc. Shot Lists provide information about every shot that will be captured during production, such as shot size, angle, movement, lens choice, and more.

  • The cast is the direct link to your audience. If your video needs actors, we’ll leverage our network of talent to ensure your story is told authentically and effectively. We’ll cast performers who match your needs for age, background, and diversity.

  • We'll locate and secure great-looking locations for your shoot. We'll also take care of all the permits needed to make sure the shoot is executed smoothly and safely.

Step 4 Production

Production is when all of the footage is captured. Depending on the nature of your project, production may include some or all of the following production services:

  • The size of the crew for your video can vary, ranging from 2-3 members for smaller projects to 10-12 for larger ones. Our professional and experienced crew ensures that your shoot is fast, efficient, and expertly executed.

  • We use high-quality 4K+ cinema cameras for every shoot to keep your video competitive for years. Additionally, we meticulously plan and execute professional lighting setups to enhance the visual appeal of your shots, ensuring they are well-lit and visually engaging.

  • Great audio is crucial in professional video production. Our audio professionals take pride in recording the highest-quality audio for your videos.

  • We provide all the necessary equipment to capture the shots that will resonate with your target audience. Whether that’s dollies, motion-control devices, green screens, cranes, electric camera cars, or Russian arms, we come prepared with the right tools for the job.

Step 5 Post-Producution

Post-production consists of all the processes that happen after the final shot is captured. All clients are untitled to unlimited post-production revisions until the final edit is approved. Depending on the nature of your project, pre-production may include some or all of the following post-production services:

  • Video editing is the process of selecting and combining footage and arranging it all to create a final video that tells a compelling story. You’ll approve the edit of your video before we move on to the following post-production services.

  • Motion graphics are animated elements, such as text, logos, or shapes, that add movement and visual interest to your video. Visual effects (VFX) are computer-generated imagery (CGI) that enhance or manipulate live-action footage, creating stunning visual experiences. Our team brings skill and creativity to both.

  • Whether your project requires licensed music from a stock library or a complete original score, we've got you covered. Our team is dedicated to crafting the perfect musical experience to complement the mood and message of your video and brand.

  • In color correction and grading, we boost your video's colors, contrast, and saturation, greatly improving its overall appearance and quality. By following your brand guidelines and considering where the video will be shown, we use color grading to strengthen your brand and engage your audience.

  • We ensure that your video sounds polished, professional, and engaging through expert audio mixing, mastering, and sound design. Our audio team balances dialogue, music, and sound effects to create a cohesive and immersive sound experience that enhances the overall impact of your video. Step 6 Delivery

After your final video draft is approved, we'll export a file that meets the standards of the platforms where you plan to use it. If you're sharing your video across various channels, we can export it in different aspect ratios, such as vertical for Reels, square for certain Meta and Google ads placements, and horizontal for YouTube and streaming. If you need help uploading your video to any platform, we've got you covered. We can upload your video, create SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, add closed captions, and more.
